The fallout from the recently disclosed ZunZuneo program has reached another Latin American country. The Costa Rican government is demanding answers from the Obama Administration about how the US Agency for International Development improperly used assets in Costa Rica to develop ZunZuneo, according to an AP report. In 2009, the social network was deployed in Cuba to reportedly disrupt the Castro government.
